Australia: Bluebush Solar – South Australia

The Bluebush Solar project is a large-scale solar photovoltaic and energy storage project located near Port Augusta.

DP Energy submitted a development application to the South Australian State Commission Assessment Panel and received SA Government approval for the project in July 2018. The project has changed its name to Bluebush Solar as it is no longer linked to the Port Augusta Renewable Energy Park. The project is intended to provide significant electricity storage capability via integrated large scale battery storage.
